Deposit: When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due. Your booking is only fixed after receipt of this deposit. We would also be happy to take your credit card details and debit the respective amount for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers and floors!
Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. In the event of cancellation at short notice – if we cannot resell the room – or in the event of early departure, we must invoice the price for the entire length of stay.
Cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Please ask the hotel – we will be happy to inform you accordingly.
Wireless Lan is available throughout the hotel free of charge.
Arrival and departure: Booked rooms are available to the guest from 3 p.m. They must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Our reception is not manned all the time, so please let us know your approximate arrival time 1 day before arrival.
Means of payment: Cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard
The single supplement is € 20.00 per night in a classic and economy double room
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor roof terrace.
The prices are per day with standard occupancy. EUR 15.00 per person and night will be charged for the additional persons.
Apartments: Final cleaning and local tax are not included
Rooms: Local tax is not included.
With the appearance of the new price list, all previous ones lose their validity. Price changes, misprints and mistakes as well as changes to the offer reserved.
Your dog is welcome on request. We charge EUR 25 per day for your four-legged friend (without food). 1 dog is allowed per apartment. Please note that dogs are not allowed in Apartment Spezial and Apartment Rooftop.
